Good location in the city Everything ! No reception !!!! All the rooms are open ,so you must guess which one is yours ! Finally we found it ,but we could not access the bathroom ,we called ,after 1 hour somebody called back and sent a girl ,it took again 1/2 h ,after she went to another room to unlock the bathroom from another side .. I booked my mum and her husband into Maison en Ville for 13 nights. It is a great location in Mount Dora. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The rates were excellent, the room 2 jasmine was quaint and very well stocked. Only stayed for one night but had tons of towels, coffee and many supplies I wasn't expecting. (An assortment of cups, cork screw, an iron and ironing board with a gallon of distiller water). The little seating area was great! The room was clean and welcoming....

First off let me say in defense of this accommodation that it's slim pickings in Mount Dora and Maison En Ville is on par with other accommodation we've stayed at there.
The buildings are old which is the charm of the place and also the curse. It's quaint for the first night but when you can't get enough hot water...

We needed a place to stay, due to a delayed settlement on our home. From the realtors' office, we saw the vacancy sign across the street. We called and Houston was very accommodating.With a great location, comfy rooms, and a very caring innkeeper, it is sad to see that the place is for sale.

Maison en Ville is a great choice for a stay in Mount Dora. Guests can visit the outdoor tennis court for a workout, and freebies like self parking and wired Internet are added perks. Apartments feature kitchenettes, flat-screen TVs, and designer toiletries.
