Mai's is the kind of place that would be constantly mobbed at lunch if it was packed up and moved into Uptown or West Village. Hidden gem of Vietnamese food in East Dallas. Across street from Jimmy's Italian Food Store. Small (and dark) restaurant. Very agreeable service. Good prices and good size portions. Pho soup is very good. Lots of repeat customers. Consistent good food. Closed Sundays.
