We hired an employee from Maintenance One to come in and setup the employee lunch at our office three days a week. The lunch is for about 35-40 people, and he will setup all the food, beverages, utensils, etc. He will also check on the employees during their meal to make sure they have everything they need, and then he cleans up afterwards. He is always professional, on time, and very helpful....

Maintenance One takes care of us, a commercial building with a lot of offices. Ever since we started, we have had no complaints and just praises from the tenants about the cleaning in the building. The rates were also very reasonable. I have always felt we were getting good service for an excellent price!
