I would not buy anything from this company. Your typical tell you anything to sell you product. I bought a CB wood boiler from them a few years back and paid over 12K and with accessories 16K. Scott Bradley knew that RI was a bad place to install a wood boiler due to pending legislation. Told me he would support me all the way. Well, I was ordered by my town to remove it. There was a hearing....

My wife and I purchased a Harman pellet stove from Mainline Heating & Supply. What we experienced since has been Mainline's commitment to education how to work the stove, clean the stove, an open door to answer any questions we might have about the operation of the stove. It is also worth noting the courteous, professional, respectful way we have been treated by this very special business....
