Hidden fees and poor customer service. Would not recommend their services. if you make a quote that includes a flat travel fee of $25 why do you think its ok to try to tack on $130 to the bill for travel services

I called to arrange for movers to load and unload my uhaul. I was very specific about my needs and whether the 4 hour minimum would cover both the load and unload. I was told yes. First the movers were 2 hours late!!! Then I find that the charges are double what was quoted me!!! After trying to get in touch with mainway I am simply being ignored. Now I have to pay double or unload...

I had these guys move me today, and everything went great. The price of the move was pretty cheap as well. I would
use Maineway again. Keep up the great service guys!!!!

On November 20th 2008 we entered into a written contract for moving services. For a total cost of $1000 we reserved three men and a 26'' truck through this company.
