Main Street Cafe

Visit on a friday for lunch......nasty!. The place has such potential for cute , small town awesomeness... but totally missed the mark....we were the only two customers last friday, beautiful fall day...breakfast was not available...no home desserts...no nothing except for the special seafood deal....it is frozen...microwaved...served barely warm....no taste...coffee sucks...served in styrofoam...

Good food, good prices

My wife and I both had a cheeseburger hers with select items mine all the way both were magnificently cooked and tasted fantastic. The inside was nicely decorated to suit the small town feel. A must eat, after you visit the Train Depot.

The decor was light and appealing. The food came out quickly. I'm not sure why the locals were not packing this restaurant. I had the turkey club sandwich. I really liked it. My co-worker had pimento cheese. She stated that it was a little greasy and she would patronize the restaurant again but not chose that item.

Returned after a year and still pleased with this restaurant (see my first review); if anything they should charge a little more for the food! Otherwise I noticed some regular customers and improvements; hope to return another July 4.

Worth the two-mile drive

We were on the road to Mrytle Beach on that long stretch of 74 after Greensboro & Asheboro and getting hungry. I opened up the Trip Advisor app and tapped for nearby restaurants.
