I've used them multiple times for sending personal gifts to family and friends, and also for sending items securely for business. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's the most convenient way to ship things, and the staff can always explain your options and pricing so you know you're getting a good deal and only paying for what you need.

Had issues with DHL, this company Mailboxes and Parcel Depot went to work on my behalf and cared about me, their customer. We resolved the issue without any positive customer help from DHL. My recommendation is to use Mailboxes and Parcel Depot for all your needs as they show you what customer service is all about.

Everyone was very helpful. I had to ship three items going to three different locations. They were quick and efficient and the cost was a lot less than I expected for all the work they went through packaging it up. They were fragile items and they all made it safely to there destination.
