I walked into the store and held the door open for an old man (I realized it was the owner). The old man walked to the front desk and talked to the woman working (I realized it was the owner's daughter). They talked for a short while and then the owner left. She went back to helping the customer who was first. My turn-she started off asking "What do you want" in a terrible tone. I asked a few...
