I believe this company is committing fraud. They represent themselves as a full-service shipper but neglect to inform the customer that they MORE THAN DOUBLE the shipping costs. When I inquired about what I thought was high amount for an USPS Express Mail shipment, I was told that I should be glad because sending it UPS would have more $30.00 more. The Manager/owner/whatever he was was very sarcastic. He treated my two questions as if I were stupid and when I mentioned that I wanted to ship it myself, he just abruptly walked away.
