I have been a delighted customer at Mail Post for more than 12 years. They have printed hundreds of booklets and documents for me as well as faxes, copies, and mailings. Never a single complaint. I've know the previous owner and the present owners who are honest, generous people who care about customers and providing quality service.

Literally the Worst Service with Inadequate workers!

I would, hands down, give this place zero stars.. but that's not possible. A week ago, I sent an important mail, which had important documents (social security, insurance, financial, and personal information) to Olympia, Washington. Instead, my mail got sent to New Orleans, LA. Also, I sent two mails a few months ago, and only one got sent while the other (which also had important documents) got ""lost"" and was never sent.

I went to the mail post to fax my husband's medical records to his doctor. He was all the way in Everett waiting because the doctor could not see him without the records. It cost me over $26 to fax. I have mild dyslexia which caused me to transpose a number on the fax cover sheet so the records did not make it to my husband's doctor. I went back to the Mail Post to re-fax them thinking it would be no problem and they wouldn't charge me. Boy, WAS I WRONG! Mail Post has two locations in Sammamish – the Highlands and Pine Lake. The Highlands branch is located near the Safeway on 228th Ave.  It has a large copy center for self-service and full-service black and white or color copies.
