So now we are using them for a custom Christmas Gingerbread house for a charity party at work. I saw some of their work of this custom ginger bread Christmas houses and fell in love with them. Their pop out cakes are the tops of the party. I can’t praise this bakery enough. Let me say it was 2pm on Saturday afternoon the day of the party. Their web site says one hours notice for any cake. I called and hoped for the best. They put on a supervisor Andy, he helped me through the order, suggested a cake that ended up blowing ( ha-ha) us all away.
