Very friendly and helpful, but DO NOT SEND VIA USPS here...the mark-up, at least for my last shipment, was nearly double, and I wasn't told ahead of time--I even double checked and they still weren't clear about it. There needs to be a clear disclaimer. I accept that convenience comes at a premium, but a nearly 100% up-charge plus not be clear about it seems exploitative. 'Cmon guys.

I've been here a few times to drop off packages for return and that's been fine though I've always noted that the prices are such that I'd hate to be stuck actually buying some of the overpriced packing materials. I know that's just the way it is at places like this but I figure someday someone will figure out a business …

If you find your self needing a notarized letter fed ex to the coroners office in Mexico, this place will do the job. 5 stars because it's next to Twin Liquors where you can get a good bottle of tequila to drown out the fact that you are having a notarized letter sent to the Coroners office in Juarez, Mexico. Service with a smile.
