Called them to check my furnace. It took me three times of calling their main office to actually get someone to come out. Once the guy came out, he barely fixed my issue and had me lifting my furnace with him. He then has to come out the next day to finish something. Calls me 10 minutes before he was supposed to be there and asked if he could go work on another "quick" call first. 2 hrs later...
