I love some of the appetizers here. I think the food is really tasty and original. Great flavors and spicing. My only compliant is that lately the serving size has shrunk. The soups (which are amazing) are only now 1/2 a container instead of the whole container. I just can't pay for such a small portion of soup. Bummer. Some of the appetizers seed to have shrunk too. Raw pork dumplings

The first time I ordered from Mahjong, the experience was fair at best. I tried 3 different dumplings, none of which were a hit. My husband and I decided to try it again. Decent dumplings, poor value

We have been wanting to try this place for a long time now. Finally, we gave it a shot. Delivery was very fast although they got our order wrong. The dumplings were decent but the filling small and it came luke warm. However all and all $40 can be spent much better with better food and more of it on the Upper East Side.

Started Shakey, is now Excellent

We are huge Cascabel fans and were extremely excited for Mahjong Dumplings to open. However, we went twice in the first two weeks and the menu was extremely uneven- some dumplings were overshadowed by too much tomato sauce and various other odd choices, some were bordering on heavenly.
