Water and Flood Damage, as if it was never there!

I called Magic Carpet to ask about there services for flood and water damage because a pipe broke in my basement and ruined almost everything. They gave me an estimate after checking everything out that made me ask ""Whats the catch?"" :) But they did a great job in removing the water and getting rid of the damage. 5/5

Not a good experience

The guy came out and cleaned the carpet and it looked good. Problem was it stayed wet for 5 days and started to smell like mold. Had to rip it all out and replace it...the padding under the carpet was still extremely wet 5 days after the carpet cleaning. They said they would refund the money I paid for the carpet, so far nothing! I'm not sure if they put to much water/steam into the carpet or the extraction system was not working...but I ended up having to rip out and replace the carpet.

- wasted my money..still no refund
