Showed up for a test drive for $50 promotion. I had previously stopped at Subaru for the same thing...different dealerships. Rep took my print out . 2 weeks..no $50 gift card. called twice and was told sorry, some other company does the fufilment. Update from 6 months ago. I went to Everett to get an oil change ( btw $30 cheaper). The gentleman informed me that I had a bad shock that should have been caught on the 30k inspection and that it was a safety issue. He ordered the parts and got the warranty to cover it. So not only did Kirkland over charge they didn't even do the work. Worst dealership ever, at the the service department is!
