I have been there twice. On the first time I went I was at a dinner party. The staff the attended the private party did a great job. The second time I was there on a date, they sat me in a high traffic area constantly bumping my table. Then when the food arrived it was cold. Poor service because I am young, little did they know I typically tip well...not that night.
What an amazing staff. Last night my 83 year old uncle was having heart palpitations. We had to call an ambulance. He has been diagnosed with pneumonia. We had a reservation here for 7:45pm. We obviously had to cancel and head to the hospital. I was starving. Nick Rice, the assistant general manager was supportive and gave us a free dinner to go. The lasagne was DELICIOUS. You have a better chance of making a good Italian dish in your own kitchen.. flavors are bland, pasta is dry, and meats/seafood tastes frozen not fresh.. for the money it's just not good quality!

Love this place! Came for Mother's Day with my daughter 5 years ago for the first time, what a fantastic place. Everything tastes wonderful. We brought my sister here with the bridal party after our dress fitting and did family style sharing meals! Wow! Is all I can say. No one left hungry, everyone took a little something home and the staff was amazing! It's our go to place for Italian food!
