Completely awful customer service

I ordered almost $300 worth of travel supplies and 9 days later, they are not here and I'm traveling tomorrow. Customer service was completely worthless, saying that I needed to read the fine print and that things can take even longer to arrive. They wouldn't do anything for me at all, not even a return label for return shipping of these items that I now do not need. Worthless. Will never use them again for anything.

They do not publish any negative reviews I think. Bad deal.

Cheaters. I love the stuff they sell, but read reviews of one item I knew had issues. All 4 and 5 star. So I gave it a proper review. NEVER PUBLISHED. Nothing nasty said, all based on aspects of this jacket. Wrote them directly and the auto-response said I would hear from them in 24 hours. Nothing.

I LOVE Magellan's customer service on top of their quality products, excellent prices (particularly on sale items) and knowledge when calling with questions on differing products. I shop online and via their 800 number since there is no store close to my location and I am continually pleased and impressed! They really are the BEST!
