It is always a treat to visit Maestro for dinner. The food is spectacular, the service impeccable, and the wait staff are attentive. Get a view of the kitchen and watch the staff work together in tandum, putting together execptionally prepared dishes. We scratch our heads trying to figure out why this restaurant is so highly rated. The chef's tasting menu highlighted the chef's affinity for foams and salt. The use of both were excessive. My wife has food allergies and unfortunately we could barely understand the servers and frequently had to call over a new server to get an explanation about what each dish contained.
