A French bistro in the heart of Jasper. Temporarily closed for remodeling, but opening April 1, 2014. This is a must for locals and neighboring cities alike. The food is reasonably priced, but 5-star quality. The expanded gift shop and bakery rival most big city options. Now serving dinner in Wednesdays and Fridays. Amazing!

Madeline's is my favorite place to go and where I always take my out-of-town guests. The food is always delicious, staff and owners are wonderful and the desserts are fantastic! I just wish they were open on weekends, too.

Excellent food and pleasant service! Great place to go for lunch. My favorites are the tomato bisque and the Yolanda sandwich. Cakes are to die for, and huge slices, so share with a friend.
