The apartment LOOKS good at first glance but if you look any closer you will see how cheaply made everything is. This is not a big deal because rent is also pretty cheap for the area. However, the layouts of the spaces are very poorly done. There is a lot of wasted space (these are micro apartments btw) with awkward corners and strange angles. So the actual space is not great.
