This store has very little in terms of men's formal and t it's not great with sizing and everything seems understaffed. Not a great place

Sooooooo disappointing! This was the worst shopping experience that I can remember. I'm hoping a manager will read this. I was in on a Monday afternoon around 3:30-4. The place was pretty empty....

Will never return to this Macy again, worst customer service ever. Not sure if race has anything to do with it. But I was being ignore the whole time even when I asked for help from multiple people.
