This store is a joke for customer service. On 10/4/13 my husband and I went to this Macy's to look for a new mattress set, were told a floor model was on sale, so decided to purchase. The store wasn't in the computer as having the set, no one was available to correct it, so on Monday, 10/07 we returned to actually purchase the set.
