Can’t even try on clothes but they want you to buy them and come back to exchange them because they are too lazy to clean fitting rooms after people are done in them ! Staff is also rude and acts like they don’t want to help ! WOULDN’T RECOMMEND I’ll go to north brook next time

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every day I regret making a big purchase (swiss made watch) at a store like Macy's. Customer service is dismal and I will pick Nordstrom, or literally any other department store, over Macy's any day, especially the one in Skokie, IL.

Very disappointed with appearance of store - specifically, kids section. Employee’s were very nice and helpful but shopping was not enjoyable as nothing was organized - looked like most kids items just put on a rack randomely.
