Not a great Macy's. Granted, my preferred stores are State Street and Oakbrook and Orland Park is far smaller than both, but this place is a mess! The men's department is unshoppable. Too many racks jammed with too much merchandise. The accessories are usually disorganized. The ladies lingerie …

Another store I hit up as I was wandering. The men's department is basically a mess. The racks are stuffed, aisles are narrow but the bargains are there if your willing to search. I found a few items at good prices. I did score on Nike sweats, regular $45 after all discounts $10. Wish they had more of my size but its all good. Decent store, friendly staff.

The Mac counter here is horrible, they never have anything I always seem rush and it look so nasty. I will be going to another Macy's or just another Mac store.

I went there to get some Christmas stuff and use the coupon out of the Suntimes.The place is spotless and the sales staff was very friendly in the Christmas and scarf area.They offered upboxes and wrapped the items in tissue paper..I ran into a fellow yelper there as I looked for Radko ornaments.I like this store.
