No wonder Sears stores are closing all over the country because the personnel and service is horrendous. The sales associates aren't trained to handle a simple return. This location is under staffed and these people seem to care less. You have to do a search and rescue mission to find an employee. I …

This place should not be open. I ripped one of the sweaters I bought trying to get their alarm they forgot to take off. Will not buy clothes here again or anything else for that fact.
