I love ordering from their online store. There are many more items online that you may not find in the store. Items are conveniently shipped to your home and if you don't like the item when you receive it in person, you can return it with your receipt for a refund at any Macy's store location.

First time using their "order online-pick up in store" service! Ordering it was easy but picking it up was bit of a challenge since they take too long to locate my order. No one know where my order was. However, the two ladies who work at the pick up counter went above and beyond to get my order. They are Laura and Nekta! These 5 stars are for you two only ... Well deserved!

This Macy's is huge! And also offers an amazing dress selection for special occasions. I've been to several Macy's and this one has a lot more selections in makeup, shoes and dresses! I love that it's semi organized compared to the other Macy's. And also the stuff seems a lot nicer. Has lots of parking but don't come on a Saturday it's so packed.

One of my to-go Macy's. I've been coming here for years. They have friendly service and lots of good deals going on during holidays and weekends. It does get pretty crowded around those times. They do a good job of keeping the store organized. So far I have not had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes during sales, in the morning, they have breakfast.
