Horrible service. I'm in the lingerie department and there is no one that can measure me. The lady here said "she'll try" and she came up with 4 different sizes. How does a lingerie department run with no one to measure your stuff?

I am a fan just because of the coupons. I love buying a $100.00 pair of pants with a friends and family discount, $25.00 off $100.00, %10 discount for being charming and wind up paying $1.99 for said pants.Just makes me feel all frugal and such.

I normally don't do bad reviews and I never had a bad experience at this store - but I just heard the Macy's doorbuster commercial - opening at 8pm on Thanksgiving! That's BS. At least allow people to finish dinner. Macy's used to be a big part of this American holiday - now they're part of what's destroying it. I'll avoid shopping there until this changes.

3 floors of stock, and not one helpful employee. Every department I've visited, it's like nobody knows what is going on or how to help customers.
