Macy's has been a department store I have held in the highest regard for three decades. When I walk through my home, there is no less than one piece of furniture in each room from Macy's -- quality, quality, quality. I recently purchased a beautiful bed which, unfortunately, was damaged during installation. The experience with Customer Service has been lengthy, painful and darn right insulting....

How sad that Macy’s has dedicated an entire floor to a line of clothing that caters to people that do not know how to pull up their pants above their ass.
