The shoes department never answers their phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes and then when they picked up they immediately hanged up.

This Macy's location is so helpful! So easy to get help here and they take their time with you. They help look for items even if there is only one item left in the whole store! This goes for a lot of the employees that work here. I often come to shop here. Every time I go I have an amazing experience. Definitely recommend coming to this location!
