Poor customer service. I asked to order shoes in my size from a different store. The sales person sent me to belks. Belks did not carry the shoe I wanted. Macy's could have ordered the shoes without me going on a wild goose chase!
Though this is one of the smaller Macy's, it is very nice.The customer service is fine and there is a good enough selection here for a small town.The INC. department is small but the selection is great.Same thing for the handbags and especially the shoe department.This Macy's has the greatest shoe selection ever.This department store cannot help it if it's stuck in the Georgia Square Mall.
