I have been going to Mace Bros since I was a young girl with my parents and now I bring my own kids there. I got all of my furniture there 10 years ago and it still looks like new. I recommend Mace Bros to everybody who's looking for furniture. The salespeople stayed with me the whole time and really took my ideas into consideration. It was very helpful, and being an older woman, I really enjoyed the personal attention!

Mace Brother complaint

I can not believe how rude the owner of this store is. She is horrible. I went there to buy furniture for my young child. When i had a simple question for the manager she gave me attitude and didn't want to waste her time. I will never go to mace brothers to buy anything. I should have listened to others when they told me not to go there because of all their horrible experiences. I now will go...

This place is probably the worse furniture store that I've ever been to. Dont waste your time or money going to MaceBrothers. Rude employees, horrible customer service, cheap furniture at high prices.

As a was finding a number for Mace Brothers I saw all of these reviews and please believe me when I say the negative ones are COMPLETELY TRUE. this store is not good at all. Bad customer service, they never call me back . I have a a problem with my recliner chair that I bought 5 months ago and now it is starting to not work! can not get a hold of anyone. No one calls me back for over a month. I thought at first it was a joke but now I see that this store is just a place to never buy furniture from.

Horrible Experience! stay away!!

I am not the type of person to complain on the internet but I just had enough and can not believe how this furniture store runs. I bought furniture from there less than a year ago and my furniture is falling apart. I paid so much for it in the first place. When I called customer service an unprofessional woman who claimed to be a "new" employee couldnt even help me with my problems! then I decided to go to the main store and I spoke with Diane who is the owner. To begin with, I am more angry with how the OWNER of this store treated my daughter and I than how horrible my furniture is! She is a complete NUT! I have never in my life experienced such a rude person . She did nothing to solve any of the problems with the furniture SHE sold me! She didnt want to listen to my comments and told me to stop by another day because she had customers! PLEASE do not go to this place. My freinds all told me about her and how she runs her company. I should have listened to them.Store has gone down the hole since she took over. Please just sell the place to someone who is not mentally insane. Maybe then you will have customers that go back!!!!
