Brought my wife's broken macbook in to the Villa Park store last week. The counter guy greeted me immediately and asked how he could help. I told him the problem (question mark on the screen, no booting) and he said it's probably the hard drive. I asked him how much, he gave me 4 options, and then stated the service department had to diagnose it first. I had to pay $75 for that diagnosis up...
