I've been a Mac owner since the very beginning, lived in various places, have had numerous models. Nowhere have I found a person as knowledgeable and as helpful as Mike. He's incredible. I doubt there is any sort of Mac problem he can't solve. Plus he's an exceedingly nice guy. I can't recommend him highly enough!
