They teach both Karate and Krav Maga in a very supportive and challenging environment. Their children's program is amazing. They welcome you into the family and really help kids to develop self-confidence and encourage them to excel in all areas of their lives. Regardless of ability or skill, everyone is welcome, encouraged and valued. I can't recommend both the kids and adult programs enough....
