If you can find a salesperson, you can wait for what seems forever before they decide they might try to find the shoe you selected in the stock room. And don't even think about asking them to check to see if another store has the shoe in your size -- you'd think you were asking the salesperson to donate a kidney!
Dillard's always has good quality shoes, casual or dressy, with great variety of styles. Sales personal always helpful and attentive.
