Maaco is my favorite body shop in Menomonee Falls. I know almost everyone that works there pretty well, but even before I did, I appreciated their fair rates and the solid work.

Maaco was my collision repair shop of choice when I was in stoplight fender bender. The side was badly dented and scratched. Maaco spent a few days on it and now I canâ??t see a difference in either the metal or the paint.

I found myself as Maaco after someone scraped up the side of my car and ran in a mall parking lot. The paint had been badly scratched everywhere, and it looked awful. Maaco was quick about getting it repaired though. They found the same shade and restored the look completely.

I've never had worse service at a business in my LIFE. JOE looked at my car after I was re-ended. He said it probably wasn?t worth getting fixed because my car is a neon 11 years old. But it was not my fault - so I'm still owed the $ - which Joe quoted at $250 of damage. 12 days later the insurance company says they never received the quote (Joe originally gave me a business card with $250 written on it and said that was all they needed - WTF?). I told him they needed an estimate faxed to them. He asked if I planned to have the repairs done, and I said probably not. He said he'd send the...

I would discourage going to this Maaco, and probably all Maaco's due to the horrible customer service. Treated extremely rude and wouldn't advise going to this Maaco.
