I would not recommend this auto shop to anyone. They were absolutely terrible to do business with - from their communication with their customers ( me, in this case) right down to their shotty...

The New Bedford Maaco is terrible in every way possible ! They made promises of time that they did not keep. They had the car for over a month to do a 1 week job, always excuses. They job was OK, not perfect, but paint started pealing, the seams began to go out of alignment so I took it back. They said fix, no problem. It is much worse! The paint is pealing cause incorrect primer and cheap...

Maaco had my car for 4 weeks, they did a terrible job. They left paint all over my windows and stole things out of my car. I went to pick up my car and had to wait 30 minutes for it. They also were talking badly about other customers in front of me. Very unprofessional.

I needed my 2001 Ford truck painted. I did the logical thing and asked my long time mechanic for his advice. He told me Maaco painted two of his own cars and always sent people there.
