Don't go! Horrible customer service!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told I didn't need an appointment and then when I took my car in they said they were too busy to take my car so I would have to bring it back. I tried explaining that their reasoning made no sense. To say there is no need to make an appointment yet turn down customers for not having one is ridiculous! No one there seemed to care about how to resolve the problem. Pathetic!

I had my ford F-350 bed side repaired here after I scraped it loading some parts. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. The price was very reasonable and the color match is great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

MAACO is kinda known as the cheap place to get a car painted. Last year an employee wrecked a company van. Multiple quotes came back and they were in about the middle, but they promised a faster turn around. They came through, and did very good work. So... when I wrecked my car about a month ago, I took it to them. 6 days later I had my car back. Nearly 5 times faster than the last two time I wrecked a car. Say what you want, but these guys Do great work, quickly, and they are very customer friendly. Take it from a guy who has a propensity to get in auto wrecks!
