I apologize if you felt you were treated rudely- great customer rapport is something we pride ourselves in and is one of the main reasons we have been in business for over 44 years. I don't know what you were asking for exactly in the conversations you referenced, but we're a commercial roofing company only and don't perform residential roofing....

absolutely the rudest people i have ever dealt with, was hung up on twice, wouldn't even give me a rough quote. the guy I talked to couldn't seem less interested in helping anyone. suprised they are still in business
