We had to replace our HVAC system in August, including furnace and A/C unit. MS Johnston was quick to respond (another company didn't even call us back) and to get someone out to check out the system. Service was excellent and, knowing that energy efficiency was important to us, the company ordered a 95% efficient unit. The work was done well and the unit is both more efficient and much quieter...

We had our entire HVAC system replaced. It took 2 months! The workers didn't show up when they were supposed to come. I was always calling the office to reschedule. No one from their office bothered to call me when plans changed. The installers were professional and seemed to know what they were doing, but I can't recommend MS Johnston. The office people need to communicate with clients...
