Margo at M. Lowe & Company is an amazing person and provided my fiancee and I the best service and value for our custom engagement ring. She worked with us on every step of the ring; drawing the concept, cutting our stones, creating a lost cast wax for us and finally finishing the ring. The ring could not have come out better and we are so happy to have gone with M. Lowe & Company!

We went to M. Lowe and Company to get custom wedding bands. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. Even though we took a while to decide on what we want, they were very patient. We never felt pushed or ignored. The bands came out looking fantastic, the work is amazing. Very happy with the rings and the service at this establishment.

Bought a wedding ring and had them resize and make minor changes to an engagement ring. Quality of work was high, turnaround time was excellent. Easy to work with.
