Known only to locals, M&L is a mom and pop (see framed photo to the left of handwritten menu) that specializes in pastrami sandwiches and other lunchtime eats. Family run and open seasonally - I still have yet to understand what time of the year they are operational -- the place serves no frills, tasty sandwiches served by a friendly clan at reasonable prices. Know that there may be long lines, but the pastrami -steamed in its own juices all day- is well worth the wait. The result of the steam technique? Fatty, juicy and extra flavorful pastrami.
