I was in a pinch to get my sister's wedding rings polished the night before her wedding and they held out closing the register for an extra 5 minutes after closing so that I could pick them up that night. My sister's rings were shining brightly for all her pictures. I could not have asked for more! Tony & Alexis were both very helpful.

0 stars. The service at the Oakland Mall location is horrible. Bought a pandora bracelet in a small size when they ran out during a sale. Was advised to exchange it for the correct size later. I went back and they were still out of stock. I go back again and they won't do it because it's more than 10 days later. Now I have a tiny bangle only a child can fit.
