Love the area of my apartment, quiet and safe. Dog friendly with dog park. Older apartment complex but still pretty decent for the area. A little on the high side for rent but that's because its California and OC and a nicer neighborhood utilities are on the high side too but overall good clean place to live, going on two years now.

The Vineyards has been a great living experience all around. One of the best things about living here is how safe I feel living here. They have security that patrols the complex at night and I have never seen any cases of cars being broken into. The apartment is located near freeways, movies, and several grocery stores. Living in a bottom apartment in these unbelievably incompetently built buildings are utter hell. The floors squeak violently when your neighbor gets up to use the bathroom or inconsiderably plays with their dog after 10pm. I complained to management about it when my upstairs neighbor moved... they gave me lip service they would do what they could, and they did NOTHING (except raise my rent)..

I really don't think I can say anything negative about this complex! The layout of my apartment is great, my neighbors are always very nice, and the service at the leasing office is beyond compare! Anyone looking to find a new home definitely needs to check this place out.
