I was not pleased at all with the service here at all. The reps were rude and it took a long time for them to get back to me on creating a new policy. Its was so bad that I chose to cancel my other policies with State Farm as well. I am very happy with the customer service that I am now receiving and believe that canceling even though I am paying more money is the best decision that I have made in a long time.

This office is absolutely phenomenal! I have been with State Farm for many years, and will stay because of the great service and family/friendly atmosphere you receive from the staff.

If you are looking for an office that is ran yahoo's and does not return phone calls. Look no further! This office is ran horribly, with all other agents in the area I would check with one of those first. Hope this helps!!

This office is horrible and does not return phone calls. I have been with state farm for a long time and this is an office to stay away from. Go to Tom Stahls office, he is great!
