I had a very good experience. He took his time and instead of burying his nose in laptop, he looked at me and actually did a real hands on physical exam. I was reassured and happy.

Most ridiculous experience I have ever had dealing with "medical professionals." In all the scheduling/registering for this appointment, I was clear that I am pregnant and have been passed around because so, but Dr. Erdel accepted me. The office visit was wonderful. The problem is the inability to reach staff for any follow up. I wait on hold for a nurse for over 10 minutes and still no answer or a voice mail. I have been trying to get my son set up for a sleep study her at our home area and we still are not able to do so. BUT, I still can not get a hold of staff to get this resolved. From the first handshke to the last I was made to feel comfortable. He understood that not all diabetics fit into the same mold.
