Great massage & super facial. I was skeptical because this place was a bit less expensive compared a few other spas in the same area, but I went because the staff accommodated a "squeeze-in" appt. I didn't feel rushed; the massage room was comfortable and calming; the massage therapist, Donna, who happens to be the owner, gave me the best massage ever. I'll be back again for sure. I had been returning to this spa annually. The services were adequate. However, customer service is not their priority as upon arriving for my most recent visit, there was no record of my appointment in the computer and no effort was made for any resolution nor voucher for their mistake.
