Went to the Mukilteo store to look at hardwood. High pressure from the start. I assume the sales staff is on commision. The sales person stated they are the lowest price in town. What a laugh. He tried to pressure us into ordering the wood we liked without knowing how much we need. This place is worse than buying a used car. I will never return.

Picked up the wrong counter yesterday. (Our fault...didn't check strip width.) Returned it today and were greeted with a smile and a waived restock fee. (Hadn't unwrapped it.)
