I had the worst experience with lumber liquidators. There communication between the contractor and us was unacceptable. They under ordered our flooring making us have to go back the day of installation to pick up more boxes of flooring. I would not recommend this place for flooring nor will never do business with this place again.

Had a great experience here getting flooring. Prices are great - they even gave me a refund when the floor I had bought went on sale. All of the employees are helpful and knowledgable and made the process easy and worry free.

Lumber Liquidators was named by Forbes as one on America's 100 Most Trustworthy Companies in 2010. They have grown from one store 16 years ago to 240 all over the country in 16 years. They are the larget direct flooring retailer in America. They did not succeed like this by selling bad products or giving bad service. Any crank or unhappy competititor can post an Email. Lumber Liquidators has tens of thousands of satisfied customers every year.

Save yourself a small claims court suit and shop somewhere else! The staff lied to us about what could and could not be returned and missed their estimated delivery date by WEEKS! This place has low prices, but it will cost you in the end. I wish I never shopped there.
